EMPLOMENT

We are seeking a motivated FAA-certified A&P Mechanic with approximately 2–5 years of experience to join our growing general aviation maintenance team. This role involves hands-on maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of general aviation aircraft of all types.

You’ll be working on a wide variety of aircraft and systems, with the opportunity to expand your skills across mechanical, electrical, and avionics disciplines.

Compensation

• $30–$35/hour, depending on experience and      capability 
• Opportunities      for advancement and pay growth based on performance 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform      scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GA aircraft 
• Conduct      inspections in accordance with FAA regulations 
• Troubleshoot      mechanical, electrical, and basic avionics issues 
• Complete      accurate maintenance records and logbook entries 
• Work      closely with team members to maintain quality and efficiency 
• Ensure      compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements 

Qualifications

• FAA      Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license (required) 
• ~2–5      years of aircraft maintenance experience 
• Valid      drivers license
• High      School diploma or equivalent
• Strong      troubleshooting and diagnostic skills 
• Ability      to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics 
• Familiarity      with piston aircraft 
• Avionics      experience is a plus
